Roger Fowler comes from a news background, having previously served as News Director for WFIR-AM, and as Public Affairs Director for WDBJ-TV. In the mid-1980s, Roger was News Director here at WVTF. He re-joins the WVTF staff as the Underwriting Account Executive, responsible for coordinating WVTF's corporate underwriting program. Roger is a graduate of Roanoke College and resides in Roanoke with his wife, Stefanie.
