ON FEBRUARY 4, YOU CAN WATCH GARRISON KEILLOR AND COMPANY IN A SPECIAL BROADCAST SHOW AT YOUR LOCAL CINEMA

A special event is coming to a movie theater near you on February 4, 2010. That's when Garrison Keillor with guests including Jearlyn and Jevetta Steele and Heather Masse plus the cast of A Prairie Home Companion present a rare, Thursday-night version of the show — one that will be broadcast live via satellite to some 500 theaters coast to coast in the U.S. and Canada. This is a first in A Prairie Home Companion's 35-year history.

See A PRAIRIE HOME COMPANION WITH GARRISON KEILLOR — LIVE IN HD! from the audience of the Fitzgerald Theater, the show's longtime home in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Or view the Cinecast on the silver screen via satellite at selected theaters nationwide.

The Fitzgerald show begins on Thursday, February 4, at 7:00 p.m. CST. The Cinecast begins at 8:00 p.m. EST. An encore of the program will be shown on Tuesday, February 9.

A PRAIRIE HOME COMPANION WITH GARRISON KEILLOR — LIVE IN HD! will feature special guest performers including Jearlyn and Jevetta Steele and Heather Masse as well as favorite show regulars such as actors Sue Scott and Tim Russell, sound-effects wizards Tom Keith and Fred Newman, and the Guy's All-Star Shoe Band led by keyboardist, composer, and arranger Richard Dworsky.
