Amputees, advocates lobby for bill - 8.28.07

In a few weeks, a busload of amputees and advocates from the Roanoke area will head to Richmond to lobby for a bill that would force insurance companies to increase coverage for prosthetic devices.  As WVTF's Dutchie Mirolli reports, some see it as a financial issue, while others see it as a matter of principle.
