ServSafe Manager Certification Course & Exam
This ServSafe course is for anyone in charge of food service operations, such as: Food and Beverage Managers, Catering Managers, Dietary Managers, Chefs... After completing the classroom work, participants take a national certification exam. Upon passing, the Food Protection Manager Certification is valid for 5 years.
