Cardinal Conversation: Cellphones in schools

Virginia is working to develop a statewide policy on mobile phone use by students at school. Until now, each school division has made its own rules regarding phones in class.

Education reporter Lisa Rowan with Cardinal News covers this issue and she talked about it with Fred Echols.
