Forecast for Atlantic hurricane 2023 season is 'normal' — but that still means dangerous

The head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said the agency is predicting a “near normal” 2023 Atlantic Hurricane Season. But “normal” does not mean “good.”
