VA News: Chesterfield County uses Uber, 'Speed Limit Enforced by Aircraft' signs

Chesterfield County is trying a new approach to providing transportation for residents in need without the expense of running and maintaining buses.  And if you don't belive those signs on Virginia highways that warn for speed limits being enforced by aircraft, then you may be right.
