Radio IQ is losing its chief engineer in a matter of days. Paxton Durham is retiring after decades in the business.

Paxton Durham -- from his early years in broadcasting to now

When he started at the station in 1990, it was much smaller, with one transmitter in Roanoke and one in Charlottesville.
