Professor Michael Mann did environmental research at the University of Virginia before accepting a post at Penn State.

During his time in the Commonwealth, he graphed what became known as the hockey stick curve — an image showing how dramatically our planet was warming.

In this interview with RadioIQ's Sandy Hausman, Mann talks about that research and about what people can do to spare the world from the worst effects of climate change.
