Virginia Needs A Second Chance Pop-Up Exhibition

Virginia Needs A Second Chance Pop-Up Exhibition
On June 22 and 23, visit the Virginia Museum of History and Culture and view a sneak preview of The American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia’s upcoming exhibit Virginia Needs a Second Chance. Through powerful black and white photography and the words of the prison-impacted community, learn about the impact Virginia’s criminal legal system has on currently and formerly incarcerated people, their families, communities, and our society. Listen to the stories of formerly incarcerated people, loved ones, and advocates and ask yourself: What would Virginia, our communities, and our society be like if more people received a second chance?
