Together with the Wintergreen Festival Orchestra, this genre-crossing program promises fresh arrangements—including premiere orchestrations commissioned by Wintergreen Music—alongside vibrant improvisation and unforgettable musical moments that celebrate the heart and soul of American music.

The War And Treaty— the electrifying husband-and-wife duo of Michael Trotter Jr. and Tanya Trotter—bring their powerful, soul-stirring sound to the stage on July 19 at 7:30 PM. Since forming in 2014, the acclaimed pair has captivated audiences across the country with their genre-blending mix of Americana, soul, country, and gospel.

Fresh off multiple major accolades, including nominations for Best New Artist and Best American Roots Song at the 2024 GRAMMY Awards, The War And Treaty continue to rise as one of the most dynamic acts in American music today.
