Free wellness event organized by Heartfulness Meditation Center on collaboration with our wellness partners and sponsors.
This is our 5th year of this annual event.
It is on Aug 9, 10 a, - 5pm at 2230 E Parham Road, RVA
There are indoors and outdoors programs such as Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Kids Activities, Food Trucks, Sound Meditation, Talk on Food and nutrition, Zumba and much more!
