Cardinal Conversation: Lynchburg's shot at becoming a nuclear energy tech hub

A new federal grant program will offer economic support to help 20 designated areas around the country become globally competitive in critical high-tech and nuclear energy development.

Virginia is hoping to earn a place on that list.
