Virginia Volunteers Host Documentary Watch Party in Charlottesville as Government Transparency on UFOs/UAP Accelerates

Charlottesville, VA — On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, Virginia Citizens for Disclosure (CFD) will host a free community watch party and Question & Answer (Q&A) session for the new documentary The Age of Disclosure — a film exploring the rapidly evolving government, scientific, and national-security conversation around Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs. The event will take place at the unaffiliated venue of Unity of Charlottesville, 6:00–9:00 p.m. EST.

The UFO/UAP issue has undergone a dramatic shift in recent years with bipartisan legislation, Pentagon offices dedicated to UAP investigation, and public testimony from high-ranking military and intelligence officials. CFD and their parent organization, the New Paradigm Institute (NPI), assert that the public deserves clarity and access to information — without stigma or misinformation.

“We’re entering the Age of Disclosure,” said Anthony Miller, the state lead for the Virginia chapter of CFD. “What was once dismissed as science fiction—in some cases in government-directed or adjacent disinformation campaigns against the public—is now documented fact, and every citizen deserves to know the truth. As some whistleblowers have defiantly declared: ‘Reality is NOT classified.’”

CFD is the volunteer activist arm of NPI, a nonpartisan nonprofit focused on government transparency, scientific inquiry, and public education related to UAP/UFOs and potential non-human intelligence. CFD has chapters across the country and nearly 3,000 members.
NPI collaborates with academic institutions, policymakers, and researchers to promote fact-based dialogue and counter decades of official disinformation surrounding UAP.

ABOUT THE FILM

Premiering in select theaters and on Amazon Prime this fall following its SXSW Festival debut, The Age of Disclosure (trailer) features 34 current and former government, military and intelligence officials who testify to their direct experiences with UAP and allegations of long-standing government secrecy. The film was produced by Hollywood filmmaker Dan Farah, who produced Ready Player One, and has conducted several interviews in recent weeks on the film, including on major networks like CNN and platforms like Joe Rogan’s podcast.
The bipartisan urgency for truth on UAP is echoed in the film by lawmakers and high-ranking officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Mike Rounds, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper!
