Ballast Point Brewing Company opened a new tasting room and kitchen this week in Daleville.
The 200-seat restaurant, with 96 available taps, is the next step in the California-based company’s expansion to the East Coast.
Retail Marketing Coordinator Maddie Tomey says Daleville was a natural fit:
“Well we were looking for an East Coast facility for a while and was kind of on the radar and then we came out here and just kind of felt like the fit was very much there. We saw the location, saw the beautiful views, and felt like, you know, if we were going to bring Ballast Point out east, this is a great place to start that.”
The company hopes to complete its production facility on the property by the end of the summer.
