It’s been nearly 20 years since the nation was shocked by photos from an Iraqi prison called Abu Ghraib. That’s where U.S. military personnel tortured and terrified suspects using vicious dogs. Now, an online news organization called Insider reports Virginia prisons are also using specially trained canines – causing injuries to many inmates.
